Industrial packaging in bags

Your product will be blended, sieved and flow along a 12.000 Gauss magnet. This magnet will ensure that any metal will be extracted from the product. We pack the product in multiple layer paper open-mouth bags with a pe-liner. These bags will be sealed and stitched with a paper tape. The sealed bags will be put through a metal detector and after that provided with a inkjetcode and/or a sticker. The bags will then be automatically stacked on a pallet and wrapped up with stretch wrapping, so your product will remain free of dust and damage during transport.

Packing semi-finished products in big bags

We have the possibility to blend and pack your product in Big Bags. We can also pack you unmixed product in Big Bags. Our Big Bag installation is adjustable in height so we can manage multiple types of Big Bags. It is also possible to add a top cover or stretch wrapping to the Big Bag.
